Library Tablets - Theisen's Grant
Thank you to the Alliant Energy Community Grant, Dyersville Area Community Foundation, and Black Hills Energy Grant we are able to update the swing frame and swings at Veterans Square Park as well as get a much-wanted Expression Swing. An Expression Swing is a swing that promotes inter-generational play between parents and children, check out the picture below! We sincerely appreciate this funding and know moms/dads/grandparents and children will get a lot of joy out of this new addition.
The project will start sometime in the spring and we will need volunteers to help us assemble this, please be on the lookout for future posts!

Library Tablets - Theisen's Grant
Thank you to Jim Theisen and his family for awarding the City of Worthington-Library with a $640 Theisen's More For Your Community Grant to purchase learning tablets for the library. As a small city with limited funding, we truly appreciate grants like this which help us offer a wider array of amenities for our residents and more learning opportunities for our children. We will update the public once the tablets are ready for use!
